DropBox is just as easy as e-mail, if not easier. It allows you to quickly send files securely to us without having an account or logging into a portal account. You can send multiple files, various sizes, including large QuickBooks® files. Once the files are uploaded an email is sent to the designated staff member letting them know that you have sent a file. The file goes directly to a portal that is designated for each authorized staff memeber.
The files sent by DropBox are stored in your Client Portal in a "drop box" folder and are protected by the Portal's 14 layers of security. Access to the files is by our staff only and is extremely secure.
