Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the College of Saint Thomas (currently the University of Saint Thomas), Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Employed in public accounting, and in private industry as controller and assistant director of finance and adminstration.
Industry experience: construction, computer and management consulting, international trade, insurance agencies, law firms, not-for-profit, real estate, retail trade, and transportation.
Joe has two sons, Tim and Ryan. He has been involved in youth sports in both coaching and administrative positions. The family enjoys fly fishing and traveling to the different rivers and streams in the country. Joe has been active in various voluntary positions with the Eden Prairie ABC Foundation, Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce, Eden Prairie Foundation and Lions Club organizations.
