New Business Start-Up Program

This program is designed to provide you with the kind of foundation you need to get your Company’s accounting system up and running. You realize the importance of accounting and how it can improve your chances of success, but you have a budget…and you could use some guidance and support. You will receive:

Installation and Set-Up of QuickBooks Pro 2012 software which includes:

• Delivery and installation of the software on your computer
• Discuss the most appropriate basis of accounting
• Setting up your chart of accounts
• Determining your reporting needs and report format
• Entering any beginning account balances
• To track your customers, we will enter up to 10 customer/client accounts and show you how to enter any additional accounts
• To track your vendors, we will enter up to 10 vendor accounts and show you how to enter any addition accounts
• Set up the correct opening balance for your bank account and up to 2 credit card accounts
• You will receive a trial balance that agrees with your previous accounting system’s ending balances
• You receive assistance In reconciling your bank account for the first 3 months

Training and Technical Support

• You will receive four (4) hours of training on the basic operations of the QuickBooks® software
• You will also receive four (4) hours of technical support

Quarterly Analysis

At the end of each calendar (or fiscal) quarter you will receive a written report identifying any problems discovered and there solutions. In addition you will receive a follow-up phone call to explain the results of our analysis and our solutions, as well as, answer any questions you may have.
